steps to reproduce:
1.log into our Jetpack account
2.Click on "Submit a Jetpack" button


observed behavior:
When the submit jetpack page loads,the cursor focus jumps to the "Input your Jetpack code below" field.Whereas the focus should be on the first required field.Currently,the user has to scroll back in order to fill other reqd fields which is not the ideal user experience.

The same happens while the user tries to edit an existing Jetpack.
I agree.  But I haven't found away to override focus() in the Bespin code editor.
Ok.  Got it.  Didn't notice the other onload() statement in the code.
