Going back/forward to a page shows the default favicon briefly
Summary: Going back/forward to a page briefly shows the default favicon → Going back/forward to a page shows the default favicon briefly

Note, the favicon still flashes on https pages, such as this one. To reproduce, click on 'Diff' above, and then click on the 'Back' button...
I don't think this has anything to do with https, but depends on whether /favicon.ico exists.
(If /favicon.ico doesn't exist, we depend on the DOMLinkAdded event.)
