steps: - type a URI directly to an xpi in the titlebar, hit enter - tap yes to install the add-on - popup alerts come up saying add-on installing, installed - tap on tools button and switch to add-ons manager - instead of add-ons manager with notification bar and "restart" button, you see the following: http://www.flickr.com/photos/madhava_work/4009061724/
