Okay, I'm pretty sure I've worked out all the bugs. The theme is live at my staging site, http://kabloosh.com

Helpful note: the subheader section can do double duty. It can be connected to the Sidebar (Sidebar2 is what you would think of as the ordinary sidebar) if you want to enable widgets, or you can go crazy with code in subheader.php to implement Air Mozilla's live stream. The subheader only appears on the main page and will not appear on pages or individual posts.

OK, this has been dropped into the themes directory on air.mozilla.com.  It looks like crap when I activate it though, so it's set for the old theme at the moment.

Looks awesome on your staging site.

The main problem appears to be the page links at the top (the "Contribute", "Archives", and "About" in the staging site).  The current theme doesn't list those links at all.  But there are a bunch of them with really long names that exist, so with the new theme including them, they word-wrap something awful, and fill up most of the page just with those links.

The list on the live site is:

* Exporting to Open Video from QuickTime
* Open Video for Safari Users
* Mozilla Europe on Air
    * MAOW room A
    * MAOW room B
* Community Marketing on Air Mozilla
* Open Video codec discussion at Mozilla

The existing theme also doesn't show the Meta link block at all, and that takes up almost as much space as the page links.

If you've got an admin login, you should be able to look at it in the theme preview thing in the appearance settings.  I'll probably poke at it a little and see if I can't make it look pretty.

I was playing around with this for a while and I kinda sorta got it working with a few CSS changes and commenting out a couple things in the page template.  It's still got some rough edges...  and it doesn't look much like the mockup, but it does look better than it used to.

I've committed the theme to SVN in case anyone wants to continue messing with it.  It's at svn+ssh://svn.mozilla.org/projects/air.mozilla.com/theme/airmoz

Suggestions welcome for stuff to link in the top bar, btw.  The "About Open Video" that's there currently was the only content within the site that looked worthy of linking there (although I wasn't quite sure if it should be either), and it looked silly with the white bar there with no links in it at all.
