522197 - Firefox no destruye el handle al procesar un archivo con fopen

Cuando envías un archivo desde Firefox debes seleccionarlo con <input type="file" />, cuando envías el formulario firefox hace Fopen al archivo para obtener su contenido pero el handle no lo destruye cuando termina de utilizarse ya que después no puedes eliminar el archivo o moverlo hacia otro directorio porque dice que está siendo utilizado por otro programa, finalizo firefox y ahi si puedo seguir manipulando el archivo.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select one file <input type="file" />
2. send form
3. try deleting the file
Actual Results:  
cannot handle the file

Do you use Firebug and Do you get this without the extension ?
