This switches our app-license text to use a modified version of what Firefox is using on 1.9.0.x and up. (Changes being the lack of about:rights and thus moving the link to be the MPL instead of an unlinked MPL and a linked about:rights.)

If someone wants an about:rights, they'll have to write an about: module for it (and make sure it's localizable via either Cocoa strings or foo_properties.strings, but that breaks l10n freeze), since Firefox's is neither portable nor properly localizable.

Firefox's about:right has a "service terms" section that has the "as-is", we-might-screw-up-but-you-can't-have-all-our-money content that's currently in our EULA. We probably need to have that somewhere still.

This uses the complete Firefox text, with "Know your rights" linking to http://caminobrowser.org/legal/rights/ instead.

That page has the Fx 3.0.x about:rights text, modified for Camino.  There's no non-Firefox app privacy policy, so that page needs that one bit clarified, but we can do that elsewhere; this bug is really only about the thing that goes into about:license.

Landed on cvs trunk and CAMINO_2_0_BRANCH.

Filed bug 522978 on the last part of comment 2.
