If using a build of Firefox other than en-US, clicking the More info button in the blocklist dialog will give a certificate error telling that e.g. da.www.mozilla.com may not use a certificate for *.mozilla.com.

1. Use a Firefox other than en-US
2. Have a blocklisted add-on installed
3. Click the More info button in the blocklist dialog
Actual Results:  
SSL error page.

Expected Results:  
A page listing blocklisted add-ons.
