The blocklist dialog just popped up due to bug 522777 and it had a "More information" link, which I clicked. This was trying to take me to https://en-gb.www.mozilla.com/en-GB/blocklist/ however I guess because there are two subdomains, the certificate is not trusted. Removing the 's' and going to http://en-gb.www.mozilla.com/en-GB/blocklist/ works fine, but then many users won't know to do that.
