User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_1; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.3 Safari/531.9 Build Identifier: 3.0.14 At the referenced URL, on the line with the date "24 Aug 2000" the diacritical mark over the "a" in the word län has been shifted to the right so as not to be directly over the "a". On the line with the date "7 Sep 2000" the same problem exists for the two diacriticals in Västergötland. Färgelanda (on a couple succeeding lines) has ä shown correctly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the specified URL as specified above. (If you use Internet Explorer to display the same page, the characters are displayed correctly. They are also displayed correctly on Mac OS X using Firefox and Safari.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.12 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. I was unable to duplicate the problem with the latest release version of Firefox. This bug can be considered closed.
