Originally, we used the symbol that is shown on the keyboard, but we had issues with it displaying properly in different languages. The newer mac keyboards actually say "command" on them, as does the Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts page[1], so we should switch to using "command" instead of "cmd". Hopefully this is something we can update using a script.

There are some instances where the string "cmd" alone is used in other cases.

Looking for "}Cmd{" does the job.

So the task is to find instances of:
}Cmd{

And replace with:
}command{
