nsHTMLContentSinkStream::mBuffer uses new[] and delete[] everywhere except in
the class dtor where nsMemory::Free is erroneously used.
I'll attach a Purify trace and proposed fix.
Give me a r= and I'll check it in.

I've tried your patch and it's fine. I'll land it with my next update (today if
the tree opens).
