request new flag for use in Tamarin product bugs: "flashplayer-needsversioning" thanks.
Can we please get a short description for this?
I just removed the __All__:__All__ designation from the Inclusions list for this. I was getting complaints about it showing up in other products.

The flag will be used in the Tamarin "product" only to designate bugfixes which need special backward compatibility consideration.
I added this as a bug flag, so it should show up in the UI for Tamarin only. Resolving fixed.
