524145 - Prepare website updates for 2.0 release

For 2.0 final, we need more than the usual website updates:

- Usual release stuff:
  - download page (this time on the main releases page),
  - news/announcement text
  - relnotes (bug 521220)
  - various version and sitemap updates
  - releases/updates/*.rdf need to be update to notify 1.x users of 2.0 release
- Image on main page needs update from 1.x screenshot to 2.0
- 2.0 screenshots page needs update to reality of the release
- doc section needs a few minor updates to make clear 2.0 is stable now
- more?

I have the main page screenshot done locally already, and also added a link to the screenshots for release time.
The raw images for the scren shots are also already here but need some editing still for the website.

I already checked in the updates to screen shots, see http://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/2.0/screenshots (may take a few minutes until it's refreshed).

The patch here takes care of:
- various version and site map updates,
- index page
- feature page and documentation updates (excluding screen shots)
- main releases/download page, 1.1.18 download page
- warnings on prerelease download pages

Still to do:
- news entry/announcement
- update RDF changes to notify 1.x users
- ?

If anyone has comments on those changes or can offer help on the announcement, please let me know.

I've landed the 2.0 docs changes that don't don't refer to the state of 2.0 final being released or not:

OK, here's another WIP, now including the updates to all updates RDF files for all locales that have a 2.0 final version available or have no variant of installing 1.1.18 (binary or langpack). I decided only exclude en-GB from this rule and notify those of the upgrade as well, I hope they can bear with only having en-US available for now.

the only missing part from the updates now is the news entry/announcement - help on that is greatly wanted, else I need to try and come up with one tomorrow.

OK, this here should be the final set of changes, to be pushed right when the 2.0 release goes public. I'm posting this here partly to have an external backup for my local changes ;-)
