Sometimes, when I want to open a new tab, I press Ctrl-T, but nothing happens, a new tab is NOT opened (Firefox has the focus, in case you're wondering). If I go to the "file" menu and select "new tab", a new tab appears. After that Ctrl-T works again.
This is happening VERY often now.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.press Ctrl-T
2.
3.
Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
A new tab should be created.
Are you on a page with flash like youtube when this happens ?
Hi!
Well, no, haven't tried SM/new profile.
I can't remember in what pages this happens, I'll pay more attention next time and report back to you...

This bug is still there in FF4. It usually happens when there's a flash video/animation playing.
