Actually the color used on text for disabled dark grey buttons is not visible enough and we don't have any css for disabled toolbarbutton (e.g the new tab button in the left sidebar).

came up in usability testing -- this currently hampers discoverability of the function of the form assistant (people tap "previous" and it doesn't do anything even though it looks like it should)
