Installing the personas extension on 3.6 over a lightweight theme does not seem to update the textShadow box on the tabs. See screenshot and repro steps. NOte: i dont think this is the same as bug 519486, as that one doesnt require installing the extension. plus it was fixed in an earlier build but i'm still seeing it here. Repro: 1) install new 3.6b1 or trunk build. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2b1) Gecko/20091019 Firefox/3.6b1 2) install a lightweight theme (eg. use halloween one in URL) 3) now install the personas extension 1.3.1 from getpersonas.com. (you may need to set extensions.checkCompatibility = false 4) restart the browser 5) when browser starts up again, verify the default theme (groovy blue) from personas extension has overwritten the theme. however, the font from halloween and the textShadow from before remains and unreadable. Expected: - Personas extension updates the font on tabs accordingly Actual: - textshadowing is not updated

Please refer to the patch submitted to Bug 521857 as both issues are caused by a similar problem: styles being applied by Personas addon conflict with Firefox 3.6 native functionality. The patch favors the Firefox 3.6 approach and make Personas addon consistent with it.
