Details

Whenever a page is loading, the throbber doesn't animate and the progress bar at the bottom of the page doesn't work either. It appears that the throbber gets a frame or two into the animation and then stops. (The same appears to happen with the progress bar 'barber shop pole' control at the bottom of the app.) This happens in Windows NT at the very least.
Throbber is bug 50778 "Throbber fails to fully animate during page loading" Lack of progress bar is commented about there, not sure it has it's own bug. Dependancy: bug 41268.
