Details

To make people's lives easier for configuring Bugzilla, we should write an httpd.conf file to the data/ directory that people can just Include in their Apache configuration. It would be written by checksetup.pl every time, and would have a note that if you want to modify it, then you should copy the contents into httpd.conf or into another file that httpd.conf can include.
