Sometimes when I try to open a new tab with ctrl+T it does nothing even after several tries. Openining a new tab via the menu still works though.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
It happens on random websites, so no steps required. 
When it happens I have a lot of websites open at the same time.(Currently 12)
