1. copy change for tag line underneath "What Will Your Browser Wear Today?"

2. two calls-to-action underneath tag line
a. You're ready to go! (not a button) 
b. Learn More (button that links to Getting Started page)

Note that this header is used in either of two use cases:

1. Personas Plus user
2. 3.6 user

Therefore, any 3.5 or less experience will display a different header.

We might want to change the copy to not reference a specific version #. That way it is future-proof. 

Maybe something like:

You're ready to go!
Your version of Firefox supports Personas.

Copy could probably be improved.

* Header height is smaller.
* FF 3.6 = 'Ready to go'
* FF < 3.6 = 'Get Personas for Firefox'
* Non-FF = 'Get Personas and Firefox'

Also, the link for the blue 'Learn more' button is supposed to link to a 'Getting Started' page, which is unclear what page that is. I've emailed Chris to find out more information.

[1] Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2b2pre) Gecko/20091029 Namoroka/3.6b2pre (etc.)
[2] I've already tested the 3.5.4 case w/Personas, and filed bug 525526.
[3] Tested with Google Chrome, Apple Safari, IE 6/7/8, Opera (latest versions)
