SQLite version 3.6.10 Firefox version 3.5.3
Still seeing this in Firefox 3.5.4 with SQLite 3.6.16.

After talking with the SQLite developers, they've established that this is bug is very likely the same as bug 523405. It has a slightly different stack due to compiler optimizations.
