9/13 Win32 and Linux builds.
1.) Switch to the classic theme.
2.) Click on the lock icon.
What is expected: That the Security Manager would open.
What happens: Nothing.

I don't think this is because of the theme. Opening SA from the lock icon in 
general is busted.
