This was forked from bug 491759. Basically if we use chrome only cookies when they're available, we can store the geolocation token in a chrome-only cookie so that the private browsing mode handles it correctly alongside other chrome and content cookies. When this is fixed, the changed pushed as part of bug 491759 should be backed out.
Geolocation luckily no longer uses cookies at all.
