CFRelease is a lot like "free" in that a crash there tells you you were trying to get rid of dead memory; as with free, it would be great to have it used as a compound signature so that we can easily see where, and have crashes grouped appropriately. (See also bug 496474 et al.)

Is there a timetable for getting things like this and bug 526046 deployed? I thought this was just a "configuration" change, not any Socorro code changes per se.
