We should have a django app that substitutes http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/Firefox3.1/new-localization.html and http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/bugzilla.html.
Some of it might benefit from using the new REST API that Gerv did, https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:REST_API. We won't be able to get bug components out of that in the short run, though.
RFEs I've heard so far is customizing the bugzilla component for multi-locale bugs.
The app should probably go beyond the current static setup, and allow to update the bug templates inside the app.
I expect to switch the bug template over to django's template syntax, fwiw.

Taking, I got a patch in the works. It's also exposing other bugzilla-related data.

http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n/django-site/rev/cea65d982b2e is the update to jquery 1.4, and http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n/django-site/rev/4cacdead560c is the first stab at the bugsy app.
More when we're settled on bugzilla components etc. File bugs with [dashboard][bugsy].
