I think this should do the trick but I didn't have a chance to test it. Applies against rev 1.37 of moz191-branch-patcher2.cfg. All the past-updates are removed so that we don't repeat generating all the complete snippets for old releases.

I gave this a test on a linux slave, and it worked. As with the patcher configs, once we're done with these we'll back this patch out.
