To help enable testing, we should start creating multi-locale builds of fennec for the linux desktop. Linux is the easy target here since we currently only do multi-locale for maemo. Mac and Windows are explicitly not in scope, and are thought to be much more difficult to do.

At risk due to tegra work / mobile 0.8 blocking work. However, dependent on my mozharness changes in bug 628571.

We already have single locale desktop repacks for localizers: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-linux-l10n/ I don't hear anyone clamoring for a multi-locale desktop Fennec build, but please re-open if that's not the case.
