Details

If Quicklaunch is still enabled from SM 1.x then we need to disable it during SM 2.x setup otherwise it causes problems.
Frank, do you know anything about this?
Let's be realistic and admit that we'll not work on this any more. Please reopen if you are actually working on solving this.
