The Thunderbird team is going to release Thunderbird 3.0 RC 1 within the next week or so, and we'd like to have the main builds added to bouncer for downloads.

As you've done partials from more than one old version previously it'd be great to have this information explicitly.

That's going to be dependent on which locales make the RC, so I'll update this bug as soon as I know what updates we might be needing. Complete MARs should be straightforward, only partial ones might need waiting.
