gloda could fast-path IMAP moves

Even though the mailnews IMAP code is awesome and propagates the gloda-id/gloda-dirty properties for us on IMAP moves, gloda does not leverage this. Gloda ends up needing to index the message again. No disk bloat happens, but it's a waste of resources.

Andrew, This would happen on such things as Archive and delete, right?
And, correct me if this is wrong, since it's not already fixed presumably the effects are minor, as in not noticeable to the naked eye except in super-high quantities of messages.
