Reproduction: Enter "AT&T" as ISP name Actual result: See http://ispdb.mozillamessaging.com/export_xml/35 Expected result: Escape strings!
I think this will be fixed as part of 522253, cause this sort of thing wouldn't pass validation.

Of course, but I think bug 522253 should be about the validation itself, while this bug here is about a specific problem that has to be fixed to pass validation. If you can kill several birds at once there, great, but if not, you could track the work here.
