I have the 20091104 beta4 1.9.2 candidate running on my n810. Overall panning and zoom work great, but kinetic panning doesn't seem to do anything. It has the look of kinetic panning as it 'scroll pans', but if I do a full screen swipe the page only moves the distance of the screen and not any further. It is hard to tell as it could be panning a bit further, but it doesn't roll like I have grown to expect it. blassey confirmed this in IRC for his n810, aakash is seeing it working fine on his n900.

Joel, is this still happening?
blassey, I don't have my n810 with me this week. Since you had seen the same things as me, can you verify with the beta5 build that this stuff is working? Otherwise, I will verify this weekend or first thing next week.
it still feels like I'm panning through molasses, but it does work on my n810 in that a full screen swipe will got ~20% more than a full screen height.
on trunk this is working pretty good. But on planet it takes a lot of swipes to get from top to bottom. I would say it works and any other related stuff we can adjust at a later time (such as speed, distance, etc..)
