Steps to reproduce:
-open Mail Composition window|enter in the mail body some text with extended
chars
-click Send, close the window|get your message in 4.5 or 4.51 (you can not see
message body in 5.0 yet)
//note: body field doesn't contain any non-ascii chars, they are all gone
