This has always been an issue with Firefox on all operating systems I've used it on. When you are viewing a page with Flash you cannot open a new tab via Control+T. Instead you have to click off the video or click the address bar and then press Ctrl+T for it to work, defeating the purpose of it. It's not a debilitating issue but its something that can save a little bit of time and hassle when using Firefox.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a Youtube video.
2. Click on the video.
3. Press Ctrl+T.
Actual Results:
Does not open a new tab.

Expected Results:
Opens a new tab.
