Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Netscape6.
2. Go to View/Apply Themes/Blue
3. The "Blue skin" should remove.
NOTE "Blue skin" does not apply in windows.
Ben, since you initially requested the Blue skin to remain in the product for a
while I am sending this bug to you. I feel that we should ship nsbeta3 without
the Blue skin. Please remove it from all platforms if you agree. ccing some
marketing types to keep them in the loop.

I agree we should take it out.
nominating rtm because this feature needs to remove.

Blue is no longer included in Netscape commercial builds, and I'm not certain
there is an interest at this time in killing it completely in Mozilla. Marking
WONTFIX
