I am in full screen, without the Address Bar visible, and click Control-T to open a new tab. The gray text is there to enter text in, but any new text is also gray, and does not allow for an address to be entered and computed.
If the Address Bar is visible there is no problem, the text is black, and the URL text can function.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. F11
2. Make sure Address Bar is hidden at top (mouse is not there to make it visible)
3. Control-T
4. Then try to type, or mouse up the Address Bar and try to type
Actual Results:
The text stays gray, and not functionable
Expected Results:
Black text that will compute as a URL when Enter is pressed, or the Arrow
