Details

2000091408 The UI tends to render incorrectly. Each time I start Mozilla, some part of the UI either dosn't show up or looks wrong. Some things that happen (these are not specific to any theme): * Top tool bar and menus have white backgrounds. menu background renders behind tool bar buttons and such, causing overlap of url entry and menu text. * Dropdown history buttons use the same icon as their parent button. * Tool bar and menus fail to show up at all. * Missing buttons (one, two, or all of them) There is never any consistency as to what is strange on a given run of the program. I've tried completely deleting mozilla, reinstalling, deleting mozregistry.dat, deleting the user profile, using the installer, using the plain zip file, all to no avail. I could provide screenshots if necessary.
Most, perhaps all, of what you describe is likely due to bug 51267, where CSS files fail to load from JAR files on win32. A fix is going in tomorrow. Try again on Saturday. Thanks. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 51267 ***
