If I open .wri file it opens multiple tabs in a loop ultimately causing the browser to crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on a .wri file

Actual Results:  
opens multiple tabs (with the title untitled) in a loop causing the browser to crash

Expected Results:  
Open the file in the browser (or in wordpad)
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 15 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
