new table, uses the same dataset as the dashboard (testdata.js).

1 each html, js and css file

only deployment change is to change the path to the testdata.js in the dashboard dir.

We don't have permission to deploy top-level directories on graphs.m.o.

Re-assign to IT if that's what you want, or I can dump it into graphs.m.o/dashboard/snapshot.

Also, I'd suggest picking a different name than 'snapshot'.  Maybe 'perf_snapshot'?

/dashboard/snapshot would be great. i'd prefer to avoid underscores, and given it's on graphs.m.o, the performance context is clear enough i think.
