Along with the Plugin Check page, we want a public plugin directory backed by the same PFS2 data. This should let people search and navigate through what plugins we claim to know about, as well as to contribute (eg. In other words, this is like a revamp of http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/ with crowdsourced and vendor-sourced updates and a PFS2 API to query the plugin data.
