Build Id: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Options|Preferences 2. Choose "Nederlands" and restart the browser. 3. Open the controls sidebar and click on the hollow white star. Actual Results: http://www.flickr.com/photos/42893104@N04/4098795945/ Expected Results: The bookmarks dialog shouldn't extend past the screen

yeah I guess so (bug 518700 was also duped)
