I see indeed the error with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2b3pre) Gecko/20091110 Namoroka/3.6b3pre When I change my useragent to Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5 the page loads normally. So it seems due to wrong browser sniffing.

Yep, gotta be server-side browser sniffing. I see the same thing in a recent Camino nightly with the "like Firefox" portion of the UA string removed. I see the error on *all* journals.lww.com pages (and not just the example URL). http://www.lwwonline.com/ is the parent site and is probably the best place to find contact information. cl
