Spinoff of bug 525390. This is mainly to track the fix in progress from Zone Labs but if we can figure out what ForceField is doing and protect it on our side then we should do so.

From the second thread there appears to be a workaround:
"ForceField emulation causes Firefox to crash at launch after Firefox's 3.5.5 update.

Turning off emulation in advanced settings (or launching an unprotected browser) allows Firefox to launch."
Haven't had a report of this for quite some time so resolving -> wfm.
