The Edit menu lists both Undo and Redo with keyboard shortcuts of CMD+Z under MailNews.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail.
2. Click on Edit menu.
Actual Results:
Redo has the same keyboard shortcut as Undo.

Expected Results:
Redo has the keyboard shortcut of CMD+SHIFT+Z

CMD+Z and CMD+SHIFT+Z work correctly for the subject area, but not for the message composition area. I'm filing another bug for that behavior.
Mail message composition filed under Bug #528629
I just noticed that my build identifier is wrong. This is under SeaMonkey 2.0 (final release).
This will be fixed in bug 528629.
