Comparing perf numbers using the dashboard: http://graphs.mozilla.org/dashboard/snapshot/ e10s has a significant windows-only Ts/Txul regression.
Hm... Try server didn't see a similar perf hit. Also, with all the ipc stuff disabled the only suspect is the message loop code, but that's pretty similar for all platforms. I've also used xperf and the profiles of startup and window open for mozilla-central and electrolysis look nearly identical. So I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that Talos is lying to us. I'm not 100% sure, but we'll have some other numbers once we merge with m-c.
This was never reproduced when we landed to mozilla-central, so we're going to claim it's either a measurement fluke or E10s is using different Talos slaves than mozilla-central.
