We need to do changes to our schema that could/will end up being not downgradable.
We need a new schema migrator for this.

Shawn is working on a Storage one, i'll cooperate with him, but if that won't satisfy our needs we will have to build a Places custom one.
Waiting for Storage plans.

I don't think this is going to happen, it's complex and every consumer will have some special needs, so wontfix unless a clear plan appears.
