facebook chat loads only four of the 68 (or other nm) friends it says i have online and then sporadically makes chat go offline after a few seconds

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to facebook (assuming u have an account)
2.open chat box in bottom-right corner

Actual Results:  
the same thing in details

Expected Results:  
showed all of my contacts that were online (all 68)

I think the part of this bug that deals with the missing friends is Bug 529719, but there is also the issue of the chat going offline which is also in a few other UNCO bugs.
