While doing a B4 today, I hit the following scenario:

We're doing a B4 before RC1, so I had to rename the RC1 milestone to B4, and create a new RC1 milestone.

We should have a UI for that.

WONTFIX, Milestones will become created at build time, and then we know what we're doing.
