SM2 gives whole page zoom instead of text only zoom (formerly in SM1, this is a big improvement, thanks) 
but sometimes page-zoom make a scrollbar to appear horizontally, thus reading is made difficult again, I think to impaired people.
a choice should appear between page and text zoom some where :
1) in menu display/zoom, add a text only button (as in FF)
2) in advanced preferences for the mouse-wheel to introduce page-zoom text-zoom both, and the ability to bind different short-keys accordingly.
3) eventually a zoom entry in the page context menu with text-zoom/page-zoom choice and plus/minus choice (and reset all)
a zoom reset should be available in the more convenient available place

Actual Results:  
page-zoom is very useful but does not replaces text-zoom in some cases : for example if an horizontal scrollbar appears 

Expected Results:  
the ability to use either page zoom or text zoom at the choice of the user, and one after the other if needed

but I think seamonkey has nearly all needed in the UI to do it, at least points 1) menu and 2) preferences
for point 3) I am not sure all people appreciate too big context menus
