I see the artifact as well. What other image viewer have you used to view this image? Was there no artifact? Did you create this image?
I use XnView for my image viewer and there was no artifact. I didnt create this image, only see topic on XnView forum about it ;) http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=76&t=18846
I think this is probably a dupe of bug #433047 (the rocket). Both are leaving some artifacts in a clear area left by the animated object.

OK, I marking this as duplicate of bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=433047 If main bug will be fixed and this not, I will reopen this :)
